U.S. District Judge William Dimitrouleas entered an order Thursday dismissing a trademark piracy lawsuit on the fourth day of a trial between Coach Inc. and Swap Shop Inc. after they announced a settlement.

Coach Inc., a New York-based luxury leather goods maker of high-end handbags with global annual sales of $4 billion, told the court it had reached a settlement with the Fort Lauderdale flea market operator that included a $5.5 million payment.
