A Miami judge has a ruled a jury will decide whether Paulina Rubio, Latin pop star and judge on the television’s “X Factor,” is liable for missing a concert in Tunja, Colombia.
Miami businessman Carlos Gutierrez and several Colombian government organizations claim they lost hundreds of thousands of dollars when Rubio missed her scheduled flight and did not show up for a concert scheduled Aug. 31, 2010.
