Squire Sanders has renewed its lease at the Southeast Financial Center in downtown Miami but is moving on up—to the 46th and 47th floors. Terms were not released.

Squire Sanders, now on the 41st and 42nd floors, is taking 30,019 square feet when it goes higher with Shutts & Bowen taking its floors. Shutts & Bowen signed a 69,155-square-foot lease in the 55-story building last week.
