The Miami-Dade state attorney’s office has dropped felony battery and domestic violence charges against Ticket Clinic founder Mark Gold, who was arrested in October for allegedly striking his fiancee.

“Mr. Gold wants to thank the state attorney’s office for conducting a careful and thorough investigation into this matter and agreeing with him that he committed no crime,” Gold’s attorney, Christopher Lyons of Miami, said in a statement. “Mr. Gold would never strike a woman. He looks forward to enjoying the holidays with his family and focusing on his highly successful business, the Ticket Clinic.”
