A federal mail and wire fraud indictment charges 10 men with fleecing distressed homeowners out of more than $7 million in a South Florida-based mortgage modification scam.
The indictment charges Jason Vitulano of West Palm Beach, as president of FHA All Day Inc., operated a high-pressure telemarketing operation, first in Boca Raton and then in Deerfield Beach, that preyed on homeowners who were behind on their mortgage payments.
