Prominent Miami commercial broker Edie Laquer will once again get her day in court in a dispute with her partners on the proposed Miami WorldCenter project, the Third District Court of Appeal ruled Wednesday.

Laquer, president of Miami Beach-based Laquer Corporate Group, has been suing Palm Beach developers Arthur Falcone and Marc Roberts since 2008 over a stake in the nine-block project north of downtown Miami that she alleges was promised but never delivered.
