An advertising agency filed a racketeering lawsuit Thursday against the Seminole Tribe of Florida seeking $250 million for allegedly cutting the company out of a promotions contract.
Mobile Mike Media Group contracted with the Seminole Tribe in 2011 to handle its advertising, events and promotions.
