A jury decided a school bus driver wasn’t negligent in a collision that killed another driver.

Eric Rivera Jr., 21, was driving his 2004 Hyundai Tiburon near an intersection in Lehigh Acres when his vehicle struck the side of the bus and traveled under it, causing the bus to flip on its side. The top of Rivera’s car was sheared off. The estate alleged the bus driver failed to yield the right of way to Rivera.
