Rasco Klock Perez & Nieto has signed a long-term lease on the penthouse at 2555 Ponce in Coral Gables.
The minority-owned law firm will lease 13,000-square-feet in the six-story building. The firm will move from its present location at 283 Catalonia Ave. in Coral Gables to the new digs in May 2014.
