A man providing private security services for a client’s party recovered $100,000 after suffering a skull laceration and quadriceps tear in an altercation with a club patron.

Mario Sanchez, then 45, was at the Ganssouth Nightclub in Miami Beach. He claimed a man punched him in the face and hit him over the head with a bottle in a scuffle that lasted two to three minutes before club security intervened. Sanchez claimed that had security responded earlier, he would not have been attacked.
