A jury rejected a shopper’s claim that a slip and fall in a supermarket aisle was the fault of the store.

Lendita Bytyqi, then 27, claimed she suffered disc herniations in her neck and lower back when fell while walking in an aisle near an express register at a Publix supermarket in Broward County. Bytyqi claimed she slipped on a piece of plastic on the floor.
