A jury awarded $70,000 to a woman who claimed her male co-workers and immediate supervisors sexually harassed her and created a hostile work environment.

Sarah Wonders, then 31, alleged the harassment at United Tax Group, a financial services and tax resolution company in Palm Beach County, included obscene and degrading descriptions of her co-workers’ sexual fantasies and experiences; sexual remarks and jokes; and displays of partial nudity with verbal and physical gestures. She alleged she repeatedly complained to management, but it didn’t take action. She claimed she was compelled to resign.
