A Walt Disney World bus driver who fractured both fibulas and tibias when he rear-ended a tour bus recovered $945,000.

Jean Valentin, then 44, was driving the Disney bus on Epcot Center Drive at the theme park when he struck the tour bus driven by Deborah Martin. He claimed Martin shouldn’t have stopped in the middle of the road where traffic was moving. She claimed Martin had no reason to stop in the middle of traffic because her bus wasn’t disabled. Martin claimed she had her emergency lights flashing at the time.
