Litigators Joseph DeMaria and David Turken, formerly of the defunct Tew Cardenas, have been hired by Fox Rothschild as a partner and associate, respectively, in the firm’s Miami office.
DeMaria is a former trial attorney for the Justice Department’s organized crime and racketeering section and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law and on the Florida Bar’s federal practice committee.
