Litigator Jason Murray was elected the first black president of the Dade County Bar Association on Wednesday and will lead the 4,500-member organization in 2015.
The chief executive officer of Murray Law in Miami formerly worked at Carlton Fields for 14 years and specializes in franchise and distribution law. He was chosen president-elect without opposition to succeed Herman Russomanno III, who was elected last year and takes over as president immediately.
