Despite arguments to stay the case, a Miami judge has set a midsummer hearing for six couples challenging the constitutionality of Florida’s ban on same-sex marriage.
Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Sarah Zabel set a July 2 hearing after federal judges this week struck down similar bans in Pennsylvania and Oregon.
