The Fourth District Court of Appeal reversed class certification for 192 condominium associations at Century Village in Deerfield Beach, asserting the owners still must show their legal team has the resources and experience to represent the class.
In an opinion written by Judge Martha Warner, the court reversed class certification granted by Broward Circuit Judge Marina Garcia-Wood.
