The parents of a 7-year-old Miami boy electrocuted in his home swimming pool have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the contractors involved in a pool light installation.
Calder Sloan, son of Chris and Carla Sloan, filed the lawsuit Monday in Miami-Dade Circuit Court against Pentair Water Pool and Spa Inc., All Florida Pool & Spa Center, Gary B Electric and Construction Consultant Inc. and Jorge Perez Enterprises Inc.
