Two businessmen who lost their lawsuits against Donald Trump and the Trump Organization now face paying some portion of his legal defense on their failed attempt to recover deposits on condominium units at the unfinished Trump International Hotel & Tower.
Broward Circuit Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld granted a motion late Tuesday for fees sought by Russomanno & Borrello of Miami. Robert Borrello argued for the firm representing Trump.
