A $4.1 million wrongful death judgment against the Miccosukee tribe was wiped out Wednesday by the Third District Court of Appeal.
The court reversed the judgment in a case filed by a man who lost his wife, Liliana Bermudez, when she was killed in a 1998 drunken-driver collision with tribal member Tammy Gwen Billie.
