Yet another Florida judge has ruled that the state’s ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional.
Broward Circuit Judge Dale Cohen’s ruling Monday allows Heather Brassner to move ahead with divorce proceedings against her estranged partner. Brassner entered into a civil union with Megan Lade in Vermont in 2002.
