Jon Garon starts his first school year Monday as dean of the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Davie.
He came from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Ky., where he was the founding director of the Chase Law + Informatics Institute, an interdisciplinary program in law, business and technology.
