Three years after entering the Miami market, DLA Piper is expanding its office space, taking a new floor at the Southeast Financial Center.

The global law firm currently occupies part of the 25th floor of the downtown Miami skyscraper. The firm recently signed a long-term lease to also take the entire 24th floor, giving it a total of 45,134 square feet.
