The Florida Bar has opened a preliminary investigation of prominent Fort Lauderdale bankruptcy attorney Chad Pugatch of Rice Pugatch Robinson & Schiller.
The investigation follows a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit earlier this month finding Pugatch acted improperly in a bankruptcy case.
