A jury awarded $52,400 to a man who claimed he suffered permanent injuries to his neck and back as a result of a motor vehicle collision.

Frank Sanzo was driving his sedan on I-95 in Palm Beach County when he was rear-ended by a sedan being driven by Patrick Petit. Petit conceded liability. His insurance carrier settled with Sanzo for an undisclosed sum. Sanzo also initiated an underinsured motorist claim against his insurance carrier, 21st Century Centennial Insurance Co.
