Greenberg Traurig is representing Grupo Bio Pappel, Mexico’s largest paper producer, which has agreed to buy Corporacion Scribe SAPI de CV, a leading manufacturer and seller of paper and notebooks in Mexico.
The terms of the deal announced Aug. 25 were not disclosed. Closing is scheduled for November.
