A Romanian immigrant has accused her stepson, a Greenberg Traurig attorney in Boca Raton, of tricking her into a release that wiped out $795,000 in promissory notes owed to her.
In a lawsuit filed in Palm Beach Circuit Court, Ileana Fedo of Boynton Beach claims Jason Fedo took advantage of her to release himself and two siblings from their debts.
