Three vacancies for Palm Beach circuit judgeships have been announced following the elevation of Judge Robin Rosenberg and the resignations of Judges Ronald Alvarez and Timothy McCarthy.
Alavarez has presided in juvenile court for many years. He was appointed to the bench in 1993 and faced mandatory retirement because of his age.
