Retired Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Scott Silverman was robbed at gunpoint while parked in the driveway of his Miami Shores home.
A Miami Shores police report said Silverman had just parked at about 5:50 p.m. Sept. 9 when he noticed a thin man jogging along 103rd Street near 13th Avenue in his rear-view mirror. The man confronted Silverman and lifted his shirt to show him a black semi-automatic handgun.
