A Miami-Dade circuit judge dismantled the International Players Championship Inc.’s hopes of pushing its top challenger off the court to achieve its ambition of expanding the tennis facilities at Crandon Park in Key Biscayne.

The order released Thursday by Circuit Judge Marc Schumacher eviscerated every argument the IPC lobbed in its bid to knock out Bruce Matheson, a descendant of the pioneer family that ceded the 808-acre waterfront park to the county over 70 years ago.
