A contentious partnership split at Ciklin Lubitz Martens & O’Connell has resulted in a judgment of almost $2.3 million against the West Palm Beach law firm.
Palm Beach Circuit Judge Lucy Chernow Brown found the law firm had “no present intention to ever make payments” on a debt caused by the retirement of Patrick J. Casey.
