The Chinese majority owner of a company planning a $300 million Fashion Mall makeover in Plantation was in court Wednesday trying to oust the minority owner and project manager.
Zhen Zeng Du listened through an interpreter as his Duane Morris attorneys tried to convince Broward Circuit Judge Jack Tuter that he has jurisdiction to rule on Du’s motion to dissolve a Florida limited liability company, Mapuche LLC, and have his son replace minority partner Wei Chen as project manager.
