Residents of a rural Palm Beach County community can again pursue federal lawsuits claiming Pratt & Whitney polluted groundwater, causing cancer among residents and property values to plummet.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on Monday resurrected two toxic tort suits filed in 2010 on behalf of residents of The Acreage against United Technologies Corp., the parent of the aeronautics giant.
