The Deal: The long-time real estate attorney for the residential condo association at One Bal Harbour helped reverse the ownership structure to give residents control of the Miami Beach property. Instead of condo owners having no stake in the shared spaces at the twin-tower complex, Cronig spearheaded a $12 million deal that gave them control and delivered a return on their short-term investment.
