The Third District Court of Appeal rejected an attempt by Sweetapple, Broeker & Varkas to stop a judgment creditor’s search of a debtor’s funds in a law firm trust account.
In March 2011, Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Gill Freeman entered final judgments totalling more than $1.5 million against Philip J. Scutieri Jr. of Miami and Associated American Development Corp.
