When Miami litigator Melissa Pallett-Vasquez meets with clients for lunch—particularly northerners—she usually brings them to Edge, Steak & Bar on Brickell Avenue so they can eat outside on the terrace.
“It’s one of the few restaurants on Brickell that has an outdoor area,” said Pallett-Vasquez, a partner at Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod. “Some of these out-of-town clients spend the enter day inside an office, so it’s nice to have the option of enjoying an outside space for lunch.”
