A visual effects production company must release $18 million in film project tax credits to the state of Florida, a bankruptcy judge in Delaware has ruled.
The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity argued for the release of the credits in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case filed by Digital Domain Media Group Inc. in Delaware on Sept. 11, 2012.
