The general counsel of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. has coordinated the cruise company’s $3 billion merger with Prestige Cruises International Inc., which is set to close any day. With the end in sight, his attention was soon diverted for two weeks to the corporate response to the Ebola virus after a Dallas health care worker caused a scare on the Carnival Magic.
