A 10-bedroom Palm Beach mansion once belonging to construction and engineering magnate Leo Vecellio just sold for $25 million—about $15 million short of what previous owners reportedly paid.
The estate on North County Road was at the center of a longrunning fraud case last year as Vecellio and his wife Kathryn initiated a multimillion-dollar suit against Addison Development Corp. and Addison Construction Corp., builders of the spec house.
