Rokk3r Labs LLC, a Miami Beach-based company offering entrepreneurs help building and launching companies in exchange for an equity stake, has formed an exclusive law firm partnership with DLA Piper.
The partnership is spearheaded by Jackie Hodes and Jeremy Elman, Miami-based DLA Piper partners. However, the initiative will be launched in the firm’s New York and London offices in coming months.
