The chief justice of the Florida Supreme Court signed an order Monday creating a commission tasked with reversing the shrinking access to civil courts for the poor and middle class but gave no assurances any solution would add funding.
With a stroke of the pen, Chief Justice Jorge Labarga created the 27-member Florida Commission on Access to Civil Justice, which will meet quarterly.
