Facing plummeting funding, Legal Services of Greater Miami Inc. felt compelled to sell its biggest asset—its 57,000-square-foot headquarters at 3000 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami.

The buyer intends to use the space in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood to develop 227 residential units.
