In civil fraud litigation between a weapons manufacturer and the maker of mobile-command vehicles, a West Palm Beach federal judge denied an Illinois executive’s request to move the case because of her limited connections to Florida.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Daniel T.K. Hurley came in a lawsuit against Merriellyn Kett Murphy, CEO and sole stockholder of Airtronic USA Inc., which makes grenade launchers and other weapons.
