While one new South Florida courthouse opens and another puts on the finishing touches, the focus in 2015 will be trying to fund replacements for two other facilities that are falling apart.
The eye-catching 14-story Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse is expected to open in May to replace the outdated Juvenile Justice Center.
