A state appellate court sanctioned a woman in her contentious divorce for trying to disqualify her ex-husband’s attorney, who is now his wife.
The Fourth District Court of Appeal took issue Wednesday with Kenneth M. Kaplan, the Miami attorney for Karen B. Lieberman, for turning a “simple matter into an unnecessary and protracted controversy.”
