A law firm paralegal pleaded not guilty in Fort Lauderdale federal court to allegations he stole more than $3.78 million from client trust accounts at Gilbert & Caddy of Hollywood, according to court records.
Steven Sacks, 57, was released on bond Wednesday after his court appearance on four counts of wire fraud. He is represented by Martin Roth of Martin Roth P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, who did not return a call for comment by deadline.
