Broward Circuit Judge Dale Cohen on Monday set the stage for Florida’s first same-sex divorce.
Cohen declared Florida’s constitutional ban on same-sex unions unenforceable as he considers a divorce sought by Broward resident Heather Brassner following a civil union in Vermont.
