InvestorsHub.Com, a high-volume online investor forum, defeated an attempt by a West Palm Beach-based medical services provider to remove allegedly defamatory statements from its site.
The Fourth District Court of Appeal upheld a Broward circuit judge’s decision to dismiss a complaint for injunctive relief that was brought by Medytox Solutions Inc., which provides medical billing, laboratory testing and software services to health care providers. Two Medytox corporate officers, Seamus Lagan and William G. Forhan, also were appellants.
