A Boca Raton man was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison and ordered to pay $5.9 million in restitution after pleading guilty to mail and wire fraud conspiracy in a boiler room operation targeting distressed homeowners.
U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra sentenced Jason Vitulano, 39, in the West Palm Beach courthouse.
