Broward Circuit Judge Cynthia Imperato faces sentencing for misdemeanor drunken and reckless driving as well as potential disciplinary action by the state Judicial Qualifications Commission.

The defense case was based on trying to undermine the testimony of a 911 called and police officers involved in her arrest after a law association event in Boca Raton. The defense called no witnesses.
